1. Will you print a design that has a copyright or trademark?

No. As a professional business, we cannot print any designs with a copyright or trademark (ex. Mickey Mouse, a Gucci logo, Star Wars characters). 
Having a hard time creating a design? Refer to FAQ #5.

2. Do you attend pop up events?

Yes! We have many vendor booths planned for 2024-2025 and we hope to see you there! We will post information for these events on our social media sites. Follow us on Facebook and Instagram!

 

3. Do you have an order minimum?

Yes, the order minimum for both screenprinting and DTG is 15 garments.

4. What if I only need one or two shirts?

We will accept small orders on occasions where we have availability, but there will be an "under minimum" fee included. The additional fee will depend on the design.

5. Can you help me create a design?

Yes! We can help with your design needs. Please check the "I need assistance with a design" box underneath the Design section on the inquiry form. There will be a design fee included for this service, starting at $60 and can go higher depending on detail.

6. How do I choose between screenprinting and direct to garment?

Please review our Services page to explore your options! Please email us if you have further questions.

7. Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Yes! Please review our return policy.

8. Do you have a storefront location?

Not specifically for Sorry Mom Printing. At this time, any business exchange that requires an in-person meet up will be at our partner location at Sorry Mom Tattooing and Fine Arts. We are eager to open one in the near future!
